Simplex Honored by National Awards Program
Simplex received a national home building accolade as part of the 2015 Jerry Rouleau Awards for Excellence in Marketing and Home Design presented by the Building Systems Councils (BSC) and the Log and Timber Homes Council, part of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). Simplex was honored on Oct. 27, 2014, during the BSC’s “Showcase24,” the only national conference and educational event focused exclusively on the systems-built industry for excellence in home design for Single Family Green Building.

A peek inside new Cobleskill dorms
SUNY Cobleskill and the SUNY Cobleskill Alumni Association will open a new housing complex, Alumni Commons, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Saturday, Sept. 27. "The two-story suite and townhouse complex provides apartment-style living for upper-level baccalaureate students, a first for SUNY Cobleskill. With a capacity for 158 students, the spacious suites offer residents the option of three, four or six single bedrooms with a two-student bathroom and a full kitchen," according to the college.
