Simplex Industries is a nationally known, award winning company that has been a leader in the field of high quality modular construction for almost

years. You may have seen us featured in national trade journals or even on nationally
syndicated television programs such as Bob Vila's Home Again. Bob visited the Simplex
facilities and followed the planning, design, construction and setting of a new
Simplex home for an entire television season. Simplex is proud to be a true, CUSTOM builder - we can build from your plans, ours or somewhere in between.
Location
We operate through a carefully selected dealer network that stretches from Maine to Georgia. Our location in Scranton, Pennsylvania, near the intersections of Routes 80, 81, 84 and numerous high volume feeder highway systems is ideal to allow us to serve our customers quickly and efficiently. We also have our own company owned fleet and drivers to insure professional delivery.
Production Facilities
At Simplex, we operate two technically advanced climate controlled production facilities as well as our company headquarters in Scranton. Many of the modern techniques used by modular builders originated on our production floors. We even operate our own in-house stair shop - a rarity in our industry. By controlling all aspects of production, we can insure each and every home or commercial structure we build meets the highest possible standards - Simplex Quality!
"GREEN" Building
We also operate one of the most "Green" facilities in our industry. Under our "The Planet Friendly Homes" banner, not only do we use the finest "green" products and supplies, we recycle almost every possible piece of excess building material including wood, wire, paint totes and more. Simplex is also proud to build Energy Star 5+ rated homes.

We are proud members of the Modular Building Systems Association (MBSA) and The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).
