The Biltmore optional features include panel shutters, window mantles and grills, front door with sidelights and transoms, front porch, bay window, eave returns and gable end vents. The roof dormers are a standard feature.

Note: Masonry, drivit and metal roof are site installed (options) by builder. The second floor gable window is site installed.
