Simplex Prefab Homes is the BEST in the State
On November 1, 2007 the Pennsylvania Department of Labor
conducted an audit to inspect and examine all of our documentation that supports
our Safety Committee.
Approximately 90% of the companies that are inspected are failing; 8% have a
passing grade but require more information to be submitted; and only 2% are
advised on the day of the audit that they pass. After a day of checking our
safety records and work place policies, the State found NO DEFICIENCIES and
announced that our Safety Committee is in full compliance. In addition, the
auditor that conducted the audit stated that Simplex was the first to receive
such a distinction among his inspections.
