Simplex is a three decade old company that is as
technologically advanced and financially sound as the modular homes
and prefab homes we build.
You may have seen our modular homes featured on national television
shows such as Bob Vila's HomeAgain.
Bob toured our prefab homes facility and over the course of a
season followed the construction of a luxury Simplex Modular Home.
Many of the advances in modern prefab home construction originated
in our headquarters and climate controlled production facilities in
Scranton, Pennsylvania.
Scranton provides us with a unique location with access to a highly
skilled, highly trained motivated workforce. We are also just
minutes from a number of major highway systems including Interstate
Highways 80 and 81, Route 380 and the Pennsylvania Turnpike.
Our Northeastern Pennsylvania location allows us to quickly and
efficiently build and transport your dream modular home
or commercial building to your site.
 At Simplex we are active members of the Modular Building Systems
Association (MBSA) and The National Association of Home Builders
(NAHB). Here, we share our knowledge and experience with the
construction industry for the benefit of future home owners like
you.
